About the role

As a transport administrator/transport leader, you will work closely with other transport leaders and our carriers. You have a coordinating role where you are responsible for planning our deliveries to ensure that vehicles are utilized as cost-effectively and environmentally friendly as possible, primarily in the Stockholm area. Your work directly impacts our customers' delivery experience. Other tasks include assisting in answering transport-related questions from other departments, handling deviations, some follow-up on carrier performance, invoice control, and charging customers for carriers. You will also handle freight documentation and support other transport issues.

Do we match?

We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years, preferably in transport and logistics, and who has a good sense of coordination, administration, and good knowledge of the geography of Stockholm and surrounding areas. You have a high school education and preferably also a YH education in logistics. If you have worked a few years in retail or have a sales background with knowledge of Dahl's products and flows, that could also be a suitable background. You are a regular computer user and feel comfortable working with the Office suite. Dahl has a partially self-developed transport management system, Mobiwin, which you will work a lot in. Knowledge of M3 is also an advantage.

As a person, you need to be flexible and stress-resistant with personal qualities such as good collaboration skills, creativity, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

In conclusion

The position is a parental leave cover (12 months) full-time starting by agreement, but no later than August.

You will be part of the transport team in Stockholm and be located at our own transshipment terminal, Stockholm Nord, located in Järfälla. Working hours are scheduled for both day and evening shifts.
